Who we are. JobTimer is a product of SheetGenius, Inc. ("we", "us"). We operate the JobTimer website and applications and act as the data controller for information you provide to JobTimer.

What we collect. We collect the minimum data required to deliver accurate project time tracking: account information (name, email), project membership, and time entries created by your team. Technical telemetry (e.g., device/browser) may be collected to improve reliability and support.

How we use it. Your data is used to authenticate, manage projects and team membership, and compute time and earnings. We never sell your data. All communication with our servers uses HTTPS. Credentials and access tokens are stored securely.

Payments & subscriptions. JobTimer uses RevenueCat for subscription management and Stripe (via RevenueCat) for payments. Your subscription status is synchronized to your account; you can manage or cancel your subscription from within the app.

Your choices. You may access or delete your data at any time from within the app. To request a data export or account deletion, contact us at support@jobtimer.com.
